PAYMENTI- I take United States Dollars (USD $) through PaypalII- I will send you a watermarked sketch then ask for payment. If i do not recieve payment withn 48 hours, i will cancel the commission and you cannot use the sketch. You may keep asking for WIPs and updates on the artwork after paying.III- I cannot refund a commission, i can edit or re-do the artwork if you're unsatisfied.RECIEVED ARTWORKI- You may do whatever you like with the art, use it in your profile, repost it, whatever your heart desires. However, my watermark may not be removed, please credit back to one of my accounts when used. Do not use my art as NFTs.II- My art is not to be used commercially, may that be in logos or in merchandise. The paid obtainment of these rights can be discussed.III- I reserve my right to refuse a commission based on any factors that may affect the productivity.IV- I will use any artwork i create as examples for my work, please notify me if you do not want this to occur.RECIEVED DESIGNS
I- You may redesign, rename, change, do whatever with a design you have bought from me, all i ask is that credit is kept to my account for its creation.II- My designs should not be used for sexual content. If they were to be, you are required to cut all contact with me, i am a minorIII- You may not sell a character for a higher price compared to the one you bought it for unless comissioned value is added.IV- My designs can be co-owned, I am not responsible for the complications that co-owning can cause.
In the case of Toyhouse, one or multiple profiles can be made and they must all be credited to me as the creator.

I am okay with drawing other people's ocs as surprise gifts or other, i will NOT draw gore of someone else's oc without their explicit permission, i will also NOT draw ship art without their permission aswell.
